Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Safe Dash (the "Service"), a private analytics dashboard for comparing advertising spend with e-commerce revenue. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and accounts

Access requires an account created by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized by the store owner to use the Service.

2. Connected platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Meta, and Google) using credentials you provide. You represent that you are authorized to connect those accounts and to grant the Service access to their data. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or any third-party platform's terms. The Service is provided for your own internal reporting only.

4. Data

Your handling of data through the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store and advertising data; we claim no ownership over it.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Analytics figures are estimates derived from third-party data and attribution models and may differ from platform-native reporting; they are provided for guidance, not as a guarantee of accuracy. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe Dash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made based on figures shown in the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect platforms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
